Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager leads Group financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and Board-level analysis. The role turns business performance and operational drivers into robust forecasts, clear executive narratives and actionable insights for senior management, and also leads simplification, standardization and digitalization of reporting and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly Group management reporting and Board materials, build executive narratives on sales, EBITA, margins, costs, cash flow and working capital, and maintain financial models and scenario analysis
• Lead the annual budget and forecast process, from timetable and guidance to submission, review, consolidation and approval
• Act as a finance partner to Business Unit controllers, run root-cause analysis of variances and support major decisions with modelling, investment cases and restructuring analysis
• Drive simplification and digitalization of reporting and planning, including FP&A tools, models and data flows (TM1, FCCS, Power BI)
• Coach and develop Managers, Assistant Managers and analysts in Corporate FP&A

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in audit, financial accounting/controlling, corporate FP&A, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Experience leading complex planning and reporting cycles in a multinational, manufacturing or similar complex business
• Experience working with multiple Business Units, regions and corporate functions
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Mandarin

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and strong command of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, capex and profitability
• High proficiency in AI tools and MS Office for large datasets
