Manager, Growth

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Manager, Growth in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role takes an active lead in developing and driving user growth, strategic planning and the execution of growth campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse competition and customer data to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share.
• Review and analyse the performance of marketing investments to continuously improve ROI measurement.
• Lead key stakeholders across the internal team, commercial team, logistics team and regional teams to maximise the effort and synergy of restaurant marketing.
• Propose new marketing ideas and campaigns based on local insights and trends.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of managerial experience in consumer marketing or growth; an eCommerce background is preferred.
• Experience building targeted user segments with data to personalise campaigns and improve user retention.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate with different parties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Cantonese; good negotiation skills are an added advantage.
