About the role

You will lead internal audit engagements for the Hong Kong office, ensuring high‑quality delivery and market‑leading practices while supporting risk and compliance projects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, control evaluation, and testing of business processes.
• Plan audit scope, work programs, and timelines; manage budgets, resources, and project economics.
• Identify control gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support delivery of regulatory compliance reviews (HKMA, SFC, IA) and governance assessments.
• Supervise junior and senior consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development activities.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm in internal audit, assurance or risk advisory.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA or CIA.
• Broad industry experience across manufacturing, retail, real estate, construction or financial services.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
