Manager, People Analytics & Insights

About the role

AIA is seeking a Manager, People Analytics & Insights to lead the Group People Analytics agenda. You will turn workforce data into actionable insights, uphold data‑governance standards, and enable AI‑driven self‑service reporting for HR and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver regular and ad‑hoc workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports supporting HR and business decisions.
• Analyse trends across headcount, turnover, hiring, internal mobility, talent development, engagement, learning, and diversity.
• Generate actionable recommendations for workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness.
• Support predictive and advanced analytics initiatives, preparing data, validating outputs, and translating findings into business actions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and Business Units to understand analytics requirements.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve AI‑powered People Analytics solutions, defining use cases, prompts, guardrails, and success metrics.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, responsible AI principles, data‑privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor AI solution effectiveness, adoption, accuracy, and business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience translating business questions into analytics solutions and driving data‑quality improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills with HR, technology, and innovation teams.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in HR contexts.
