Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to join Cyberport’s dynamic team. The role focuses on supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that boost brand presence, generate leads, and engage target audiences across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials such as copy, visuals, presentations, and email newsletters.
• Organise and promote events, webinars, and networking activities at Cyberport and beyond.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Provide general marketing support and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in technology, innovation, startups, or the Cyberport ecosystem.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms.
• Proficiency with content creation tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
