Modular Construction Coordinator – Kwu Tung North Project

About the role

The Modular Construction Coordinator will oversee the quality and execution of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and off‑site prefabrication works at the Kwu Tung North construction site. You will ensure that all installations meet approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify on‑site installations of MiC, DfMA and prefabricated components against approved drawings and standards.
• Secure all necessary authority approvals and clearances for off‑site volumetric module manufacturing before production begins.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed schedule for submissions of drawings, method statements, and installation programmes to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with designers, design checkers, resident architects, structural and building services engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate interfacing works.
• Plan, monitor and control the installation programme, ensuring milestone dates for MiC and DfMA sequences are met.
• Provide technical solutions, attend regular and ad‑hoc coordination meetings, and resolve site‑level issues promptly.
• Perform any additional duties related to site construction activities as required.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in building construction or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of on‑site construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role on projects involving MiC, DfMA or off‑site prefabrication, including integration of building services modules.
