About the role
The Office Assistant supports daily operations by ensuring smooth movement of documents, equipment and furniture across the company premises. This role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks and requires a proactive, physically capable individual.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver documents and handle materials throughout the campus.
- Organise and maintain office spaces, including moving tables and equipment in meeting rooms.
- Perform general physical labour and outdoor duties as required.
- Assist in keeping the workplace tidy and functional.
Required profile
- HKCEE or HKDSE qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.

What we offer
- 2‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
- Joining bonus of HK$12,000, subject to programme terms.
