职位概况
在维多利亚港海景酒店担任助理餐厅经理，负责餐厅日常运营、团队排班及提升顾客满意度等工作。
主要职责
- 在餐饮运营经理指导下完成备餐、服务、收银等工作。
- 管理团队排班，确保人力满足服务需求。
- 培训并指导员工中餐用餐体验与服务流程。
- 专业处理顾客投诉与反馈。
- 与厨房团队协作，确保及时提供高质量餐品。
- 监控服务标准并持续改进。
- 编制团队表现及服务指标报告。
- 节约食品、饮料、纸品、能源等资源，尽可能进行回收利用。
- 检查库存并完成每日订货。
任职要求
- 具备强大的领导力和沟通技巧。
- 能够有效 multitask 并进行优先级排序。
- 中英文口语及书写流利。
- 优秀的问题解决能力，专注于餐饮卓越。
- 能够独立工作，具备服务导向且外向的性格。
- 能在高压、快节奏环境下工作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件。
