零售教育专员（全职）

职位概况

lululemon 在 Citygate Outlet 招聘全职零售教育专员，负责为顾客提供专业的产品知识与卓越的购物体验，推动品牌社区活动。

主要职责

在门店楼面主动接洽顾客，解答产品相关问题。
根据顾客需求提供定制化的购买、退货及售后方案。
执行商品陈列、补货及库存管理，确保门店环境整洁。
策划并执行本地及区域社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动等。
与门店团队合作，维护安全工作环境并遵循公司政策。

任职要求

具备所在司法管辖区的合法工作资格。
高中或同等学历以上。
愿意弹性排班并在值班期间大部分时间在楼面服务顾客。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

必备技能

熟悉门店运营流程及技术系统。
