职位概况

Marathon Sports 招募全职高級店務員/店務員，负责店铺日常运营及达成销售目标，工作地点位于香港多家大型购物中心。

主要职责

实现公司设定的销售指标。
提供专业的客户服务，提升顾客购物体验。
负责商品陈列、库存整理及收银等日常运营工作。
协助店铺视觉陈列及促销活动执行。

任职要求

具备3年以上零售销售经验（高級店務員）或相关经验。
诚恳有礼、主动积极、具责任感及团队精神。
良好沟通及销售技巧，能流利使用粤语，具基本英语及普通话能力。
可立即上岗者优先。

必备技能

熟悉收银系统及库存管理流程。

我们提供

月薪 HK$17,500 起（含全勤、达标奖金及13个月薪金），新人奖金 HK$3,000。
每月8.5小时工作制，轮班轮休。
17天公众假期、12-18天年假、产假、生日假等多项福利。
交通津贴、员工购物优惠、医疗福利、免供款公积金、培训晋升机会等。
