职位概况
香港赛马会旗下餐饮部招聘服务员，负责在跑马地及沙田赛马场的西餐、中餐及宴会厅为会员及其客人提供高质量餐饮服务。
主要职责
- 快速上菜、递饮，及时补充水饮并接受追加点单。
- 摆放餐具、装饰、调味品及纸巾，收拾并重新布置餐桌。
- 确保餐具及一次性用品充足，满足日常运营需求。
- 保持工作站整洁、卫生、安全。
- 协助领班确保餐厅运作顺畅，提供高效服务。
任职要求
- 具备至少一年在酒店、会所或餐厅的餐饮服务经验。
- 能够提供优质服务，保持高水平顾客满意度。
- 遵守餐厅卫生及质量标准。
