职位概况

在香港太古广场的On昂跑直营店担任零售店铺顾问，直接面对消费者，传递品牌故事，提供专业的运动产品咨询与服务。

主要职责

熟悉品牌理念与产品知识，主动与顾客互动，提供运动需求的解决方案。
按照陈列标准进行商品陈列、补货及季节性调整。
负责货品管理、收银操作、开关门及日常复盘等基础运营工作。
支持店内活动准备与接待，协助提升到店体验。
主动分享品牌活动信息，建立与顾客的长期联系。

任职要求

热爱运动，具备一定运动基础，积极乐观，具备良好沟通表达能力。
能够接受弹性工作时间，配合周末或节假日加班，具备抗压能力。
有零售工作经验者优先，具备跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳。
具备基本英文与顾客沟通能力者优先。

必备技能

熟悉品牌产品及其应用场景。
具备商品陈列、补货及库存管理能力。
收银系统操作经验。
