职位概况
在香港赛马会跑马地会所的中式高端餐厅担任高级服务员，负责为会员及其宾客提供优质餐饮服务。
主要职责
- 向会员及宾客递送食物饮品，确保服务流程顺畅。
- 协助领班管理所负责区域的服务工作。
- 保持餐厅卫生及食品质量标准。
- 提升客户满意度，达成服务质量目标。
任职要求
- 三年以上高端餐厅（酒店/会所）服务经验。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
- 能够在快节奏环境中保持高标准服务。
必备技能
- 熟悉中式餐饮服务流程。
- 良好的团队协作与客户服务意识。
