职位概况
负责公司全盘财务工作，包括制度落地、预算管理、会计核算、费用审核、基金收支计量及财务报表编制，确保财务运作合规、准确、高效。
主要职责
- 协助搭建、优化财务管理制度及内控流程，推动制度落地并持续迭代。
- 编制年度预算、滚动预测，跟踪执行并进行差异分析与优化。
- 负责日常会计核算、账务处理及总账、明细账管理，确保账务准确合规。
- 精准核算基金、专户管理费、投资顾问费及客户维护费等收入支出。
- 定期编制财务报告，配合内外部审计及监管申报，推动问题整改闭环。
- 完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业。
- 5年以上财务或审计工作经验，具备基金、资管、金融行业全盘财务或审计实操经验；四大会计师事务所背景优先。
- 持有CPA、ACCA等专业证书者优先。
- 工作严谨细致，逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，拥有良好的合规与风险意识。
- 普通话流利，英语沟通能力佳，欢迎持IANG签证者。
必备技能
- 熟悉财务制度建设与内控流程。
- 预算编制与执行跟踪能力。
- 会计核算及账务处理经验。
- 基金及金融产品财务计量经验。
- 审计配合与监管申报经验。
