职位概况
负责双鱼河马术中心及其他马场建筑设施的日常维护与保养，涵盖木工、金属加工、砌砖、油漆、管道及排水等多项专业工作。
主要职责
- 执行建筑设施的维修、保养及紧急抢修。
- 监督承包商的施工质量与进度，确保符合马会指引。
- 按上司指派完成其他物业相关任务。
- 轮班值守，包括周末及公众假期，必要时加班。
任职要求
- 持有香港专业教育学院（IVE）建筑学或楼宇维修相关证书，或同等学历。
- 至少五年木工、砌砖、油漆、管道或金属加工等建筑维修经验。
- 拥有安全卡、建造业工人注册证、学徒训练证等资格者优先。
- 具备建造业议会大工资历或机电工程署A级注册电业工程人员资格者优先。
- 具基本中英文读写能力。
