职位概况
负责双鱼河马术中心及其他马场建筑设施的日常维修与保养，涵盖木工、金属加工、砌筑、油漆、管道等多项专业工作。
主要职责
- 执行建筑设施的维修、保养及紧急抢修。
- 监督承包商施工质量、进度并提交报告。
- 按照马场指引进行工作，确保安全与合规。
- 轮班值守，包括周六下午、周日及公众假期，必要时加班。
任职要求
- 持有香港专业教育学院（IVE）建筑学或楼宇维修相关证书，或同等学历。
- 至少五年木工、砌筑、油漆、管道或金属加工等维修经验。
- 拥有安全卡、建造业工人注册证、学徒证或建造业议会高级资格者优先。
- 具备基本中英文读写能力。
