Operations Associate

About the role

Linjer is expanding its Hong Kong office and is looking for an Operations Associate to support inventory forecasting, procurement, and supply‑chain optimisation as the business scales rapidly. You will work closely with suppliers, 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure cash‑efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically optimise supply‑chain costs and logistics to the end customer.
• Manage inventory and packaging forecasting, place orders and track procurement data.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve lead times across suppliers.
• Oversee inbound logistics from factories to 3PL warehouses, including returns.
• Reconcile supplier billings, detect over‑charges and automate verification where possible.
• Assist in product pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Mature recent graduate or a few years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, preferably with studies in engineering, economics, finance or related fields.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and is coachable.
• Detail‑oriented and thorough in execution.
• Tech‑savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
• Collaborative team player.
