Overseas Development Manager

About the role

The Overseas Development Manager will be based on‑site in Hong Kong SAR or Shenzhen and will drive the expansion of Airsupply’s international business. You will identify new markets, build strategic client relationships and deliver customised air freight and logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas markets for air freight and 3PL services.
• Build and maintain relationships with global clients, airlines and partners.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor shipment performance, service quality and compliance across international routes.
• Report regularly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in international business development, preferably in air freight, logistics or 3PL.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation and contract management with overseas partners.
• Solid understanding of global air cargo operations, trade routes and industry regulations; familiarity with IATA standards and DGR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to analyse market data, develop strategic plans and translate opportunities into sales actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
