Part-Time Events Designer

About the role

A part-time Events Designer is needed, working on a contract from mid-August 2026 to May 2027. The role can be done remotely outside the office depending on operational needs, and covers indoor and outdoor advertising design and production at venues such as museums and non-museums, or Sha Tin.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in event branding design applications
• Design and produce posters, pamphlets, booklets and souvenirs
• Handle indoor and outdoor advertising design and production
• Develop layouts for panels, backdrops, captions and signs
• Prepare technical drawings and monitor the setup and dismantling of AV equipment and installations
• Supervise contractors for printing, fabrication and timely delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Accredited Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic/Advertising/Product Design
• At least 5 years' full-time experience in graphic, advertising, publication or exhibition design
• Strong Chinese and English communication skills
• Experience in large-scale event design preferred
• Creative, detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Permanent resident of Hong Kong SAR
