Partnership Manager - Hong Kong

About the role

Privilee is a wellness and lifestyle membership giving members access to hotels, beach clubs and fitness partners across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Singapore, and is expanding into Hong Kong and Bangkok in Q4 2026. It is looking for a strategic, energetic, relationship-driven Partnership Manager to establish, grow and manage its partnerships in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Singapore & Hong Kong, you will acquire and manage partners, oversee day-to-day operations and help build the strongest wellness and lifestyle offering in the market. The role is based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new partners, build and manage relationships, oversee operations and negotiate commercially sound outcomes that benefit both parties, ensuring Privilee is represented across the most relevant areas of the city
• Identify creative ways to drive value and strengthen relationships for Privilee and its partners
• Evaluate industry trends, member behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position
• Support the day-to-day running of key partnerships, keeping partners, the Hong Kong team and HQ closely aligned through ongoing feedback
• Monitor, analyse and report on partnership performance to inform decisions and support sustainable growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of six years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably in leisure, hospitality or a related industry
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships, with a record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face interaction
• Experience navigating complex negotiations and building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders
