Part‑Time Sales Associate in Hong Kong

About the role

The Sales Associate will help ALO achieve its store sales targets by delivering an authentic, mindful‑movement experience to every guest. You will combine product expertise with genuine connection to educate customers about ALO’s community, culture and offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers, create a friendly shopping environment and build lasting client relationships.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to strategize actions and highlight growth opportunities.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product flow, and daily replenishment to ensure an inviting store.
• Resolve client needs quickly, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg and perform typical retail duties such as bending, reaching and standing for long periods.
