Pitch Coordinator, Hong Kong

About the role

Linklaters is hiring a Pitch Coordinator in Hong Kong to join its Business Development Management (BDM) function. The role supports the delivery of effective, client-focused pitch materials by incorporating industry insights and best practice, helping pitches meet deadlines and client objectives while keeping pitch information accurate and up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with developing pitch documents, including sector and industry information, client research and competitor analysis.
• Analyse industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to keep pitches competitive and relevant.
• Track pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, and update pitch systems.
• Use best-practice materials such as successful pitch strategies, templates and case studies.
• Support the pitch process from initiation to delivery, meeting deadlines, and deliver low-priority or straightforward pitches.
• Help develop value propositions that highlight the Firm's strengths and match client objectives.

Required profile

• Approximately 1-3 years' experience supporting pitch or proposal development, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Degree (bachelor's or higher) or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
• Experience of online/platform pitching processes and Chinese SOE pitches is desirable.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of research methods and data collection for competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with document preparation and formatting for professional pitch documents.
• Experience using pitch-related tools and software platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
