Workplace Analyst - Hong Kong

About the role

Marex's workplace department acts as the operational backbone of the business, focused on efficiency and a productive work environment. As a Workplace Analyst in Hong Kong, you will manage the front desk and reception, welcome visitors, handle mail and packages, and provide clerical and administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors at reception, assess their needs and direct them to the right staff.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages and reply to general email enquiries.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing couriers and help with clerical tasks.
• Coordinate meeting calendars, appointments and booking logistics.
• Monitor office stock, order restocks and keep inventory of pantry food and beverage, stationery and corporate merchandise.
• Keep the workplace maintained, tidy and safe, and coordinate group purchases such as client gifts (mooncakes, Christmas hampers).
• Assist with logistics for internal staff events and external client events.
• Record visitor entries for compliance records, issue and track staff access cards, and liaise with vendors.
• Comply with regulatory requirements under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the company's operational risk framework, and follow the Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, resilient and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
• Adherence to company values of integrity, respect, adaptability and nurturing talent.

Required skills
