Platform Engineer

About the role

Options is seeking a motivated Platform Engineer to join its Hong Kong team. You will work in an Agile environment, supporting customers, resolving incidents, and delivering technical solutions that keep our high‑performance financial technology infrastructure available and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, customer escalations, and service requests promptly.
• Update and patch Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in production.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, identify efficiency gains and suggest service improvements.
• Support change management processes and contribute to automation projects.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, processes, and reporting.
• Participate in a 24/7 “Follow the Sun” shift rotation.

• Self‑driven learner eager to develop certifications and technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel when required.
