Presales Consultant

About the role

The Presales Consultant works closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into tailored, AI‑powered conversational commerce solutions. This role bridges technical expertise and business strategy, helping prospects understand the value of our chat‑based customer experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and Customer Success to capture client needs and design customized solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Lead technical discussions, address objections, and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Monitor product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management for continuous improvement.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants.
• Support marketing initiatives such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or customer‑facing consulting, preferably within SaaS or marketing‑technology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into business benefits.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
