Presales Consultant – SaaS Chat Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to join Omnichat’s fast‑growing team. You will work closely with the sales and customer success groups to understand client needs and demonstrate how our omnichannel chat commerce platform can drive higher conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and design tailored Omnichat.ai solutions.
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to C‑level executives, highlighting platform value and benefits.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date sales collateral such as presentations, proposals and case studies.
• Participate in technical discussions, address objections and ensure prospects understand platform capabilities.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with compelling and competitive content.
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, competitors and market differentiation.
• Provide feedback to product management for feature enhancements based on customer needs.
• Support marketing events, executive briefings, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales, sales engineering or customer‑facing consulting, preferably within SaaS or marketing technology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into business benefits.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS chat commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with messaging channels such as Webchat, Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp Business API and WeChat.
