Presales Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, customer‑focused Presales Cybersecurity Consultant to support solution design, proposal preparation and pre‑sales activities for enterprise customers across Hong Kong and the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical consultation and pre‑sales support for cybersecurity and managed security solutions.
• Prepare proposals, solution presentations, scope of work documents and other customer‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to obtain quotations, evaluate solution options and develop commercial proposals.
• Support solution design, costing and customer discussions throughout the sales cycle.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer requirements, industry trends and product enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity technologies and industry developments.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with exposure to cybersecurity, information security or risk management.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
