Project Engineer - Plumbing & Drainage

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer specialized in plumbing and drainage to join our building services consultancy. You will support the design, coordination, documentation and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and fire services projects, working closely with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare design documents and drawings in line with project standards.
• Conduct field reviews, collect data and record findings for design updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities and internal teams.
• Produce clear specifications, authority submissions and design reports.
• Manage construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews, site inspections and monitoring.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in building services, government or data‑center projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Cantonese is a plus).
• Ability to coordinate with sub‑consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with design guidelines, codes, statutory regulations and approval procedures.

Required skills

• BIM proficiency.
• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
