Receptionist – Hong Kong Club

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the Soho House Hong Kong team. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests with eye contact and a genuine smile.
• Handle phone calls, email enquiries and reservations in line with Soho House standards.
• Guide guests around the club, locate seating and provide menus when appropriate.
• Communicate club rules, such as laptop‑free zones, and ensure only members and approved guests access the premises.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area and personal appearance to deliver a superior arrival experience.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and support teamwork as needed.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on member satisfaction.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient with phone, email and reservation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
