Recruitment Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

Phaidon International is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join its Hong Kong office. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, leveraging market insight to match top talent with mission‑critical roles across our specialist brands.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build a client base by pitching recruitment services and understanding business talent needs.
• Source, engage and assess mid‑ to senior‑level candidates, becoming a subject‑matter expert in your market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
