Regional Commercial Planning Manager – North Asia

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Commercial Planning Manager to lead regional commercial development across North Asia. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Performance and Planning, you will build market intelligence, coordinate long‑term planning, and drive network optimisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive regional market intelligence database covering macro‑economic, luxury market, tourism, real‑estate, competitive and geopolitical data.
• Consolidate intelligence into executive‑ready reports and presentations to support regional planning and investment decisions.
• Monitor emerging trends, commercial risks and growth opportunities, providing regular insights to senior management.
• Coordinate the 3‑year regional planning process, ensuring consistency across markets and alignment with Maison priorities.
• Support boutique network planning, including openings, relocations, renovations, closures and optimisation projects.
• Prepare boutique briefs, investment proposals and documentation for regional and headquarters review.
• Maintain the boutique master database and network planning tools with accurate, timely updates.
• Assist in the Regional Commercial MAP process, tracking project progress, governance and deliverables.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning processes, reporting standards and project governance.

Required profile

• Highly analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to translate complex market data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and collaborating with commercial, marketing, retail, finance and merchandising teams.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing strategic presentations and executive briefings.
