About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Retail Artist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in its stores. As a brand ambassador, you will embody the company’s philosophy of ‘artistry made easy’ while providing expert makeup advice.

Key responsibilities

Promote the Tilbury Touch and deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain stock levels, conduct counts, rotate products and replenish as needed.
Support counter events and new product launches with proactive ideas.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create brand awareness.

Required profile

Experience in the beauty industry.
Strong interest in cosmetics; makeup certification is a plus.
Proactive, team‑player attitude with willingness to take on new challenges.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
