Sales Manager, APAC

About the role

Avantex Solutions is expanding rapidly across the Asia‑Pacific region and needs a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead new‑logo enterprise sales. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for our ERP, MES, SFC, SPS, WMS, HRS and TraceAVX solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a personal pipeline to meet an individual new‑logo revenue quota.
• Execute end‑to‑end enterprise deals, including prospecting, discovery, solution validation, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Lead executive‑level conversations with C‑suite and VP buyers in apparel, textile and footwear manufacturing groups.
• Map complex buying centers and coordinate multi‑phase, modular platform deals.
• Implement the APAC go‑to‑market plan, identify white‑space opportunities and localize the value proposition.
• Collaborate with regional partners, systems integrators and industry associations to accelerate sales.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM hygiene and provide competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across large, multi‑plant organizations.
• Self‑directed, disciplined and comfortable working without inbound leads.
• Strong communication skills for C‑suite and VP level interactions.
