Sales Specialist – Analytics & AI Solutions

About the role

LSEG is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to promote its Funds Data & Multi‑Asset Analytics and AI solutions across the buy‑side and sell‑side in APAC. Based in Hong Kong, you will prospect, qualify and close new opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying new logos and up‑selling / cross‑selling into existing clients.
• Develop and execute clear strategies for targeting prioritized opportunities.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals for Refinitiv Investment & Advisory solutions.
• Grow LSEG’s market share through domain‑based strategies in collaboration with account management teams.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert to support Account Managers and lead deals aligned to specific propositions.
• Identify pipeline opportunities, deliver customer demonstrations and promote insights relevant to client workflows.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Sales background with domain expertise in financial markets, preferably Funds Management or financial analytics.
• Experience working with collective investments and knowledge of the industry.
• Demonstrable success in a quota‑bearing sales environment and a proven track record as a “hunter” and strong closer.
• Ability to organise and execute a sales plan and collaborate with internal product and account teams.
