Sales Supervisor

About the role

Polette is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join our growing team in Central and Wan Chai. We are seeking fashion‑driven Sales Associates, and candidates with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role. We welcome Hong Kong‑based candidates of diverse backgrounds who are fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin. Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Participate in product training and sales initiatives.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet monthly goals.
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.

Required profile

• A positive, energetic, and friendly attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience within a retail environment (required for the Sales Supervisor role).
• Retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in fashion or eyewear; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
