Senior Company Secretarial Officer / Assistant Manager

About the role

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to support a global investment banking client with company secretarial functions for non‑listed entities. The role involves handling incorporation, dissolution, shareholder and director changes, and organising board and shareholder meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Incorporate and dissolve companies or subsidiaries and manage changes in shareholders and directors.
• Prepare and organise shareholder and board meetings, including documentation and minutes.
• Maintain statutory and company secretarial records in compliance with local regulations.
• Address ad‑hoc company secretarial matters as they arise.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in full‑spectrum company secretarial work for private entities, preferably from professional services, law firms, or financial services.
• Fluency in Chinese, including Mandarin.
