Senior Consultant – LR&C Risk

About the role

You will help build expertise and guarantee delivery quality for leading financial institutions in Hong Kong, supporting the global nature of our organisation and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to engagements with banks, securities firms, private equity and insurance companies.
• Deliver high‑quality client engagements, own workstreams and meet timelines and budgets.
• Support regulatory and risk consulting projects such as AML/KYC reviews, compliance assessments, internal control reviews, policy development, governance design, licensing applications and broader advisory work.
• Participate in business development, thought leadership, proposal development and client presentations.

Required profile

• University graduate in accounting, business, finance or related fields.
• 3+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience in a reputable consulting firm.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, FRM, CAMS, CISA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with HKMA, SFC and/or IA regulations; knowledge of banking, investment and securities products is beneficial.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

• Market conduct, consumer protection, data privacy (PDPO, GDPR, PIPL) and information security.
• Operational risk, resilience, outsourcing and third‑party risk management.
• Adoption of AI for compliance automation and RegTech.
