Senior Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a senior digital marketing professional to lead our online brand initiatives for Pizza Hut in Hong Kong and Macau. The role will drive digital, social and customer acquisition strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and sales across our extensive restaurant network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL communication and digital campaigns across display, paid social, SEM and SEO to support brand building and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and manage innovative social media strategies, ensuring regular content updates and engaging initiatives.
• Collaborate with CRM, e‑commerce and brand teams to analyse customer behaviour, build a digital ecosystem and formulate growth plans.
• Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Own the user experience strategy for all online assets and work with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably with a consumer brand or agency.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end digital campaigns across multiple channels and manage sizeable budgets with ROI focus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
