Senior Finance Manager – FICC & EQD, Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our FICC and Equity Derivatives (EQD) businesses. The role oversees daily accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance for licensed entities.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for daily financial accounting and bookkeeping of related legal entities.
• Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licensed corporations.
• Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties.
• Manage client money segregation and desegregation.
• Participate in special projects and drive continuous improvements to finance operations.
• Conduct year‑end audit and regulatory assignments.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc financial reports for stakeholders.
• Support financial statements preparation and year‑end tax filing.
• Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services or financial reporting.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Technical/product knowledge of Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income.
• Experience at a Big 4 professional services firm is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership, motivation, and a collaborative attitude.
