Senior Manager, Corporate Development

About the role

Prudential, which provides life and health insurance and asset management in 24 markets across Asia and Africa, is hiring a Senior Manager for its Corporate Development function at its Hong Kong Group Head Office. Corporate Development drives the Group's growth agenda by identifying and executing inorganic and major partnership projects. The Senior Manager supports the development of the inorganic strategy, identifies potential targets and manages and executes the transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Screen targets, carry out due diligence and valuation
• Work closely with functional experts in Risk, Legal, Finance and Tax
• Carry out robust quantitative analysis
• Manage projects with strong project management
• Maintain a solid working relationship with external advisers to ensure maximum value add
• Support the development of high-quality Executive Committee materials to facilitate decision making

Required profile

• 6-8 years of working experience
• Previous experience in M&A preferred
• Bachelor's degree
