Senior Officer, Digital Marketing (Insurance)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer in Digital Marketing to lead data‑driven initiatives within the insurance sector. You will work closely with internal IT, agencies and vendors to optimise website performance, customer journeys and overall digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, media platforms, CRM data and other reporting tools.
• Develop regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness.
• Support website content updates, landing‑page development and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams, agencies and vendors on website‑related projects.
• Assist in tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Drive customer experience improvement initiatives to achieve CX KPIs.
• Work with business units to understand requirements, review UI/UX and provide recommendations.
• Analyse voice‑of‑customer and distributor feedback to deliver insights.
• Support the creation of customer marketing communications across digital channels and apps.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Experience managing digital campaigns, projects, customer‑journey initiatives or CX improvement projects.
• Insurance or digital agency experience is highly preferred.
