Senior Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to drive user acquisition through paid media. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of campaigns on Google, Meta and Apple Search, optimizing spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid‑ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Monitor budgets, key performance indicators and overall performance against defined goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments and bidding strategies.
• Gather, clean and analyse campaign data to surface insights and growth opportunities.
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to align media strategy with user‑acquisition objectives.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads or Apple Search Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with large data sets.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
