Senior Tax Associate

About the role

Vialto Partners is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for Employment Tax inquiries. You will develop into a Subject Matter Expert, guiding clients through complex tax and social security matters while aligning tax practices with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employment tax and social security implications.
• Guide external companies on employer reporting, withholding obligations, and compensation benefits.
• Conduct compliance and planning reviews, including health checks and pre‑audit assessments.
• Prepare fringe benefit tax returns and perform related data analysis.
• Advise on governance, controls, and processes for contingent worker populations.
• Stay current with evolving tax legislation and communicate updates to clients.
• Support post‑audit remediation projects and identify opportunities for tax savings.

Required profile

• Significant experience in employment tax, preferably within a global mobility context.
• Strong knowledge of tax and social security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proactive approach to client service and continuous learning.
