Tax Manager, Finance

About the role

The Tax Manager will provide expert tax advice on a range of financial products, ensuring compliance with regional tax rules and supporting the finance division in product development and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on regional tax implications for financial products, including private equity, covering withholding tax, indirect and transaction tax, corporate income tax, booking/contracting locations and tax treaties.
• Review and approve new businesses and products from a tax perspective.
• Partner with finance teams to review tax‑related processes and reporting.
• Maintain and monitor the control framework for internal tax compliance and tax provision reporting.
• Provide tax advice to stakeholders across the firm as needed.
• Participate in regional and global initiatives, delivering tax guidance and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; postgraduate tax qualification preferred.
• 7‑10 years of tax practice experience in a Big 4 or financial‑industry firm.
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and principles.
• Good understanding of financial products and related financial regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
