SEO Strategy Manager – Direct & Digital Distribution

About the role

FWD Group is seeking an experienced SEO Strategy Manager to lead the optimisation of its corporate website and digital distribution channels. You will shape on‑page, technical and off‑page SEO initiatives, ensuring the brand is visible across emerging AI‑driven search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including site‑structure improvements and content optimisation.
• Analyse customer search intent and define content plans that align with SEO and GEO best practices.
• Optimise visibility for AI search engines such as Perplexity, ChatGPT Search and Google AI Overviews.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and produce regular reports on traffic, rankings and CTR.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and manage annual SEO/GEO projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑time SEO experience, with at least 2 years in financial services or insurance.
• Demonstrated success with at least two SEO case studies.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and its regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale SEO initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
