Social Media Growth Specialist

About the role

BIT is looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to drive user acquisition and traffic for its US stock and crypto businesses across major social platforms. The role combines content creation, community engagement, and data‑driven optimisation to attract high‑intent investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and fan growth on official X (Twitter) and YouTube accounts for the US stock and crypto divisions.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and traffic‑generation strategies using content, events and community outreach.
• Leverage AI tools and stay up‑to‑date with global finance and Web3 trends to produce viral‑ready content.
• Monitor channel performance metrics (click‑through rates, account opening and funding conversion rates) and continuously optimise traffic pathways.
• Identify and act on emerging viral trends, recommendation‑algorithm changes, and “traffic secrets” on X and YouTube.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media operations within traditional finance; brokerage background and familiarity with the crypto ecosystem are a plus.
• Proven track record of driving traffic and user acquisition, with verifiable success cases.
• Deep understanding of algorithmic logic on X, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic‑design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Video‑editing experience using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted content creation tools.
