Solution Consultant (IoT)

About the role

The Solution Consultant (IoT) will advise enterprise clients on IoT and ICT solutions, helping them design, implement and optimise technology deployments. You will act as a bridge between partners, sales teams and customers to deliver high‑quality services and drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting advice and services for IoT and ICT application solutions to enterprise customers.
• Negotiate with partners to improve product and solution portfolios and service quality.
• Coach overseas sales teams, develop market‑development strategies, and create related policies, guidelines and solutions.
• Develop global IoT business plans, including business models, forecasts, budgets, roadmaps, service‑improvement plans and documentation.
• Conduct market research, produce analysis reports and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of IoT or ICT application development and consulting.
• Experience in product development, consulting or project management; experience with Chinese enterprises or MNCs is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, self‑motivation and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
