About the role

The STEM Associate Programme is a structured two‑year, full‑time graduate pathway designed for fresh graduates or early‑career STEM professionals. Participants receive systematic training, hands‑on classroom teaching experience, and close mentorship from senior educators, with a clear route to long‑term career progression within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Finance) using a hands‑on learning approach, primarily in 1‑to‑1 classes.
• Participate in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and student assessment.
• Collaborate on internal EdTech projects or initiatives across the Group when skills align.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic leadership activities as experience grows.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Enjoy working with children and teenagers.
