Structured Products Document Automation Specialist

About the role

Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business in APAC and seeks a Document Automation Specialist to support the end‑to‑end issuance process. This junior‑to‑mid level position combines practical structured‑products documentation experience with hands‑on use of AI and automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance and updating of structured‑products documentation templates (Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, etc.) for AI‑enabled automation.
• Review automated output against approved client templates, identify discrepancies and correct or escalate as needed.
• Manage an assigned pipeline of documentation work, meet deadlines and provide clear status updates.
• Collaborate with business, legal and operations stakeholders to ensure high‑quality documentation delivery.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and help test AI‑driven automation workflows.

Required profile

• Practical experience in structured‑products issuance and documentation within the APAC market.
• Hands‑on exposure to document automation, workflow tools or template‑based generation.
• Experience using AI tools to support documentation activities with attention to prompt quality and validation.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
