Team Head & Senior Vice President – Corporate Banking

About the role

The position leads a senior corporate banking team, overseeing relationship coverage for key market segments and driving growth across multinational conglomerates, large local corporates, property developers and funds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to manage relationship coverage for assigned business segments and target markets.
• Deepen existing client relationships while acquiring new corporate clients.
• Grow and manage the portfolio of multinational conglomerates, large local corporates, property developers, funds, etc.
• Monitor team performance against business targets and plans.
• Oversee the full credit process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University graduate in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent are an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of corporate banking experience with strong client relationship management and well‑developed business connections.
• Relevant HKIB qualification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship‑building skills.
• Sales‑oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
